You could get a cat leash at pet stores in your neighborhood or online pet stores. Cats are very intuitive creatures and they can easily be taught to get used to a leash. Let the cat sniff the harness and once it is ready, put the leash around the cat. It may initially resist but you could divert its attention by handing out its favorite treats. Initially take the cat for walks in the house. You could then take it to the outdoors. Its pace may not match with yours. Don’t pull the cat; it will slowly learn to walk faster.
